There is such a “component” in the assurance of the high product quality that can not be provided with any standards and instructions. It is in the workers’ attitude to the duty when everybody works with a full efficiency and considers as absolutely impossible for oneself to allow any spoilage or any other failure in the production. The specific reflection of such an approach to the work is direct connection with the consumers. Even in the absence of claims the enterprise’s workers constantly question the customers: what are their requirements for the quality and what, in their opinion, should be upgraded and improved.


The personnel’s qualification plays a conclusive role in producing high-quality products. Eight candidates and one doctor of sciences take a direct part in the enterprise’s production process. The talented scientists hold key engineer and technical offices at JSC “Aurat” and the production character enables them to continue researches and gives them the possibility of creative growth. Despite the problems and difficulties caused by the market reforms the enterprise succeeded in keeping the collective backbone and despite a considerable reduction of the administrative and managerial group the number of its “operating” part decreased negligibly. There such workers among the “Aurat” personnel who worked here for twenty-thirty years They are the enterprise’s support, their attitude to the work is a guarantee that the product quality will be always high.
